My Chemical Romance and MouseKat ;)

If you are a fan of EMO!....

We just wrapped up some on the fly Mousekat making with Jed Carter (La Bande Wagon) and awesome sculptor David Zadjman. Again, pulled off in just a few days, Pretty In Plastic cast some 50 pieces for the CD release party of 'Danger Days' from My Chemical Romance.

My Chemical Romance turns the page with 'Danger Days'

The band emerges from a dark period (including a scrapped record) with a danceable album inspired by frontman Gerard Way's comic-book ideas.

High in his ridgeline home, sitting on a porch that feels like a ledge, Gerard Way peered through cigarette smoke and the late-afternoon Pasadena haze as he searched his memory for the moment when his band, My Chemical Romance, shed its skin. "I think," he said with a world-weary chuckle, "the liberating moment is when we decided that we were allowed to make a dance record."

The most anticipated rock album of the year is not a title easily won, but it appears that My Chemical Romance has won that title – their only job now is to live up to it. We all knew My Chemical Romance as the emo band that released ‘Welcome to the Black Parade’ and wore tons of makeup, but forget that image. My Chemical Romance’s album, Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, is set to be released on November 22nd and has got every fan and music critic waiting impatiently for its release.

And after 30 hours of MouseKat casting... I drove home past this... like a mirage...
